1. Participant Responsibilities

• All participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in fishing activities.
• Proper conduct and adherence to safety instructions from crew members is mandatory at all times.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance covering fishing activities.
• Compliance with all local laws and fishing regulations is required.

2. Company Liability

• Bite Me Charter maintains comprehensive insurance for all vessels and operations.
• We are not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to personal equipment resulting from participant negligence.
• Weather-related cancellations or itinerary changes do not constitute grounds for refunds beyond our standard cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting unsafe behavior.

3. Assumption of Risk

All participants acknowledge that offshore fishing carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Rough sea conditions and potential for seasickness
• Exposure to sun, wind, and marine environments
• Potential for injury from fishing equipment or marine life
• Remote locations with limited immediate medical access

By booking with Bite Me Charter, participants voluntarily assume all such risks.

4. Required Documentation

All participants must complete and sign:

• Liability waiver prior to boarding
• Emergency contact information form
• Medical disclosure form (if applicable)
